Broadband service speeds and coverage
The potential line speeds of the broadband services provided cannot be guaranteed. Services are subject to the distance from the exchange and the installation address, the network coverage availability and the limitations of the line sync speed.
Liability
Nxatel will not be held liable for the loss, damage or theft of the broadband equipment that arises out of the provision, installation or maintenance of the broadband service.
Device Guarantee & Warranty
There is a 12 month carry-in guarantee cover on all Nxatel Devices. Telkom modems are covered by a 12-month carry-in guarantee. Please note that lightning damage is not included in this warranty. Should a client wish to return the Device, we will only honour the guarantee if the Device and all its components as originally supplied are provided.
Service Transfer
A client’s contract will not be affected should he/she request to transfer his/her services to a new address/building. He/she will still retain his/her broadband service.
Please note that the client will not be charged any penalty, but will be charged for installation at the new address/building.
